We are looking for a friendly, independent, and cheerful personality.

What you bring:

• Preferably completed vocational training as a cook or several years of experience.
• Experience in all kitchen stations, cold as well as hot kitchen.
• Enjoyment in preparing dishes.
• Team spirit and loyalty towards superiors and colleagues
• Flexibility in everyday work
• Knowledge of German is a requirement  

Your tasks:

• Preparing à la carte dishes as well as half-board menus
• Representing the head chef during their absence
• Preparing the associated mise en place
• Adhering to hygiene regulations

• Except for a few exceptions (banquets), you work without room hours, as the restaurant only opens at 4:00 p.m.
