Your Area of Responsibility
- Responsibility for situational, professionally competent care and support of 2 residential groups with a total of approx. 44 residents during the night
- House manager for all residential groups after thorough training period
- Care documentation in careCoach
- Collaboration in the further development of the care and support area
Your Profile
- Completed training in nursing (secondary / tertiary level), re-entrants are welcome
- Strong affinity for long-term care
- You are characterized by empathy and social competence
- An engaged, motivated, and quality-oriented working style completes your profile
