Your Tasks
- Assessment, observation, and documentation of the care process
- Implementation of nursing measures such as basic care of our patients (m/f/d)
- Conducting conversations and accompanying our patients (m/f/d) in everyday life and during therapies
- Planning and conducting group activities
- Promoting a conscious, active approach to the illness through information and counseling
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or nursing specialist
- Professional experience in geriatric care desirable
- Empathy and sensitivity towards our patients (m/f/d) and their relatives
- Ability to work in a team and resilience
- Proficient handling of clinic-specific ERP systems
