The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

Head of Technical Services (m/f/d), 100%

We are looking for support in the Technical Services department starting March 1 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Operational and personnel management of the Technical Services area with a total of 3-4 employees
• Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, water treatment, hot water generation, sauna, etc.
• Independent execution of repairs
• Planning and organization of maintenance through in-house or external services
• Ensuring maintenance and preservation of value of buildings in cooperation with the Infrastructure and Hospitality management.
• Assistance with renovation and conversion projects
• Monitoring building safety and workplace ergonomics
• Conducting fire protection and evacuation drills as Safety Officer
• Responsible for driving service, site maintenance, winter service, and waste disposal
• Assistance in budget preparation / investment planning in infrastructural matters
• Contact person for patient concerns in the hospitality area
• Providing internal training in the area of safety
• Deputy for mail and driving service
• On-call duty

Your profile:

• Completed training, e.g., as a mechanic, electrical or sanitary installer, or maintenance specialist with further training in safety (Safety Officer) and qualification as a janitor with a federal diploma.
• Enjoyment in contact with patients
• High quality awareness, swift and efficient working style
• High team orientation and motivation as well as willingness to take responsibility are expected
• High commitment also outside normal working hours (on-call duty)
• Residence within 15 km of Klinik Im Hasel, Gontenschwil
• We expect an attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
