About the job
The Alterssiedlung Grenchen Foundation operates the two senior centers at Weinberg and Kastels for 173 residents and employs 270 staff members. In our senior settlements, elderly people live in a family-like atmosphere. We encourage them to lead their own lives even in old age and at the same time offer them a safe, age-appropriate environment in which they feel comfortable.
We are looking for the Kastels location due to retirement by arrangement
Night Watch Management (80%-100%)
Your profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP)
- Experience in inpatient long-term care
- Open and constructive personality
- Independence and initiative
- Respectful interaction as well as understanding and empathy for elderly people
- RAI/RUG knowledge desired
- Very good German skills
Your tasks
- Implementation of individual and professional care and support of the residents
- Leadership, organization and coordination of the night watch team
- Competence-appropriate deployment planning of employees
- Ensuring the safety, well-being and quality of life of the residents
- Ensuring professional and RAI-relevant care documentation
- Active participation in constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
