The Entrepreneurship Service Center of the University of St. Gallen is looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) (80–100%) with initial professional experience, starting immediately or by arrangement.
HSG Entrepreneurship is the first point of contact for entrepreneurship, innovation, and transfer at the University of St.Gallen. Our goal is to support students and all other HSG members on their entrepreneurial journey, regardless of the stage they have reached so far (idea, prototype, market-ready). With our Best Founder Programme, we offer support in all phases, from idea generation through incubation to scaling.
Your tasks
- Organization, management, and execution of the Best Founder Program and related events
- Organization and monitoring of marketing activities
- Case scouting and pipeline management
- Coaching of students, alumni, and partners
- Participation in specific projects

Your profile
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Initial professional experience (up to 3 years) in project management, innovation management, or marketing management
- Very good German and English skills
- Professional and confident appearance, high commitment and motivation, teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently and proactively
