Account Manager Internal Sales - Technical Customer Advisor (a)

• You advise our customers technically and commercially – by phone, email, chat or Teams – and convince them with your expertise.
• You create tailored offers, follow them up, and ensure that inquiries turn into successful orders.
• You clarify technical questions with internal interfaces and ensure smooth processes.
• You follow up on leads, develop new business opportunities, and actively contribute to growth.
• You work closely with marketing to specifically advance product sales and market presence.

• A technical basic education (e.g. building services planner, electronics technician, automation technician) complemented by a technical or business management further education (e.g. Technical Salesman, HF).
• Experience in technical customer consulting or a comparable function – you understand customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance – both written and spoken.
• Proactive, solution-oriented action as well as perfect German language skills.
