- Collaborate in the smooth running of the service's activities
- Promote the interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork specific to the service's mission
- Promote, by delegation, the involvement of the patient in their care project as well as that of their relatives
We require

- A motivated person to care for seniors according to good practices in Geriatrics and Rehabilitation
- A rigorous, organized, and dynamic person, with excellent communication skills
- An interest in working in an interdisciplinary team
- Adaptability to change and commitment to the service's project
- Proficiency in French and hospital-specific IT tools
We offer
The HRC offers great employment and professional development opportunities across all its activity areas: medical, nursing, medico-technical, hospitality, administrative, technical, and logistics. With a commitment to continuous improvement, skills development is at the heart of HRC's concerns. The institution provides its employees access to both internal and external training.
