Job Description
The Head of Reporting is responsible for leading all external reporting and corporate disclosure activities that communicate the company’s performance, progress, and purpose. This includes managing financial and non-financial publications, press releases, and sustainability communications that support strategic priorities, enhance corporate reputation, and ensure clarity and consistency across all channels.
A central part of the role is to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of the company’s Annual Integrated Report and other key publications, in close collaboration with Investor Relations, Sustainability, Finance, Legal, and Brand teams.
The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
1. Annual and Corporate Reporting
- Lead the end-to-end development of the Annual Integrated Report (print and digital), ensuring it meets brand, regulatory, and strategic standards.
- Coordinate contributions and approvals across key stakeholders (Investor Relations, Finance, Sustainability, Legal, and Executive Management).
- Manage external partners (designers, writers, printers, translators) to deliver high-quality, on-time outputs.
- Guarantee accuracy, coherence, and alignment of data and narrative across all corporate reporting.
- Oversee additional corporate publications
2. Quarterly financial reports
- Lead the production, drafting, and review of the company’s quarterly financial updates, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with external disclosure standards.
- Collaborate closely with Investor Relations and Finance to refine key messages and disclosures.
3. Corporate press releases
- Draft and coordinate the release of key corporate announcements, working with relevant departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
4. Corporate Sustainability Communications
- Develop and maintain a regular flow of corporate sustainability-related content for external audiences, showcasing the company’s commitments and progress.
- Manage communications regarding the company’s inclusion in sustainability indices and performance against key ESG objectives.
- Lead the production, drafting, and review of Corporate Sustainability Reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in corporate communications or related roles, preferably within a multinational listed company.
- Strong project management experience with complex cross-functional deliverables such as Annual Reports.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience liaising with senior stakeholders(CEO, CFO) managing agencies.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Deep understanding of financial and non-financial reporting requirements.
