Your tasks
- HR: Responsibility for succession planning, employee development, onboarding, corporate culture, employer branding, and recruiting
- Finance: Responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, controlling, purchasing, and investor relations
- Legal: Contract management for employees, freelancers, and partners
- ICT (internal): Ensuring internal operations (workplace, cloud, network, ICT support) and continuous process optimization
- Leadership and development of operational teams as well as ensuring efficient support processes
- Process optimization and scalability of internal workflows
- Member of the management team and sparring partner for CEO and CCO
- Responsibility for financial reporting and compliance with legal requirements
Your profile
- 7+ years of successful leadership experience, several years of experience as CFO or COO or in a comparable role
- Completed studies in finance, business, or equivalent
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and leadership qualities
- Experience in the hospital or IT/technology sector is an advantage
- Very high self-motivation, energy, and resilience
- Fluent in German & English, French is an advantage
