Your main tasks
- You assist in the professional care and nursing of our residents
- You support the residents in their daily structure
- You perform household and logistical tasks and participate in reports
- You document your activities in the nursing documentation
What you bring
- Completed compulsory schooling
- Joy, patience, and empathy in dealing with elderly and care-dependent people
- Team spirit, quick comprehension, and impeccable manners
- Willingness to work shifts (day/evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays)
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least certificate level B2)
- Good physical fitness and resilience
