• Planning and leading or supporting international projects to improve maintenance in Stadler's Service Division
• Technical collaboration with all involved institutions of vehicle maintenance
• Joint development of new maintenance strategies including the latest digital solutions
• Contact person for the international Stadler Service locations and active networking to promote cross-site exchange of experience
• Interface to the Stadler production sites and co-design of the continuous improvement process
• Execution of the maintenance development function ECM2 and support of ECM1 (Entity in Charge of Maintenance)

• University or technical college degree in a technical field or completed basic training in a technical area
• Several years of experience in commissioning, maintenance or development in the field of machinery, plant, vehicle construction or rail vehicles
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Knowledge in RAMS / LCC is advantageous
• Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel, SAP knowledge desirable
• Willingness to travel to visit our customers, locations and fleets (max. 20%)
