What you can achieve
As Deputy Head MPA, you are the first contact person for our patients and ensure a pleasant practice experience. Medbase offers you a dynamic team that values quality and collegiality.
Deputizing for the head MPA
Reception and care of patients, including agenda planning and appointment coordination
Conducting laboratory tests, ECGs, and X-rays
Assistance with minor surgical procedures
Management and electronic billing of patient records
Ensuring smooth practice operations
Cooperation with the team on administrative tasks
What you bring
Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or completed further training as an MPA with X-ray diploma to optimally care for patients in the laboratory, during infusions, wound checks, or during consultations
You are a humorous organizational talent who does not lose overview even in hectic situations such as telephone - reception - doctor - triage
You work structured both in a team and alone with the right touch of initiative
Very good German skills (at least B2 level) and good English skills are an advantage
