Main tasks
- Processing of mutual assistance requests from foreign authorities
- Regular coordination and maintaining contact with foreign authorities
- Correspondence with financial intermediaries, clients, and lawyers
- Drafting orders and opinions in appeal procedures
- Handling legal issues related to international mutual assistance
- Participation in project work for international organizations (e.g., IOSCO)
Profile
- Completed law degree at a Swiss university with Swiss bar admission
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a practicing lawyer, e.g., in a law firm, court, or administration
- Language skills in German or French (C2) as well as very good knowledge of the other language (B2), English (C1), Italian is an advantage
- Excellent communication and editorial skills
- Careful, team-oriented, and conscientious working style
