Your new role
As a team member of our operations center, you will take emergency calls, alarms, and service calls in this interesting and varied role and process them. In addition, dispatching, accompanying, and supporting the operational forces on the front line as well as ongoing situation assessment are among your core tasks. You initiate immediate measures and document the events. In extraordinary operations, you can also be deployed in the control center.
This role is for you if you;
- have several years of professional experience in a police specialist area;
- possess very good communication skills and empathy;
- keep a cool head even in hectic situations;
- act service-oriented and decisively;
- count flexibility, teamwork, and resilience among your strengths;
- are skilled in handling common IT programs and the corresponding police applications;
- bring good and broad general and specialist police knowledge;
- are willing to work shift work, flexible assignments, and additional duties if needed;
- ideally have foreign language skills;
- have an impeccable reputation and confidentiality as well as reliability are a matter of course.
