Polymechanic – for an exciting permanent position
Activities
- Dismantling hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and identifying their defective parts
- The defective parts are manufactured according to your own sketches and considerations
- You have conventional and CNC lathes as well as a conventional milling machine available for manufacturing.
- You identify seals to be replaced on hydraulic components and order or manufacture them independently
- You assemble dismantled hydraulic components and test their functionality on existing test rigs
- You master manufacturing and mechanical challenges with your creativity.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic
- Versatile CNC experience (milling or turning)
- Teamwork skills and resilience
- Good spatial imagination for mechanical processes
- Independent and precise working method
- Teamwork skills and punctuality
