We are looking for a committed host 60% for our Bloomell Coffeehouse in Sissach.

Our coffeehouse is located in the historic Cheesmeyer building, the oldest department store in the canton of Baselland, right by the train station and the shopping street of Sissach. A special place where encounters, gastronomy, and culture beautifully come together.

YOUR TASKS

• Attend to guests from welcome to farewell
• Service during daytime business (opening hours: daily 09:00 – 17:00)
• Take over daily responsibility and coordinate service during the shift
• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks (Latte Art)
• Practical work throughout the entire operation

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed basic training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable education
• Preferably between 25 and 40 years old
• Digitally savvy – many of our processes are digitized
• High social competence and joy in working with guests
• Resilience, independence, teamwork skills, and reliability
• Flexibility and good German language skills
• Experience in the coffee sector and/or bar operation is an advantage
• Interest in culture and enjoyment in collaborating with the cultural association
• Willingness to work regularly on weekends and occasional evening events
