Head of Projects & Service High Voltage Systems

You lead the Projects & Service High Voltage Systems department with around 15 employees. Together, you shape the collaboration and implement plant construction projects as well as maintenance services for BKW's own high voltage network and customers throughout Switzerland.

Your area of responsibility

• You take overall professional, organisational, personnel and economic responsibility for the Projects & Service High Voltage Systems area
• You directly manage six project managers and create framework conditions that provide orientation and decision-making scope for independent collaboration.
• Together with the employees and the management team, you shape the direction, collaboration and culture of the High Voltage Systems department
• Together with your employees, you ensure that projects and service orders are handled safely, economically, with high quality and on time
• In acquisition, calculation and offer preparation, you bring together technical solutions, customer needs and economic goals
• You maintain long-term customer relationships throughout Switzerland and represent the area to internal and external partners

What you bring with you

• You have a degree in electrical engineering from a university of applied sciences, ETH or university
• Experience in project management of infrastructure projects forms your professional basis
• As an experienced leader, you promote personal responsibility and specifically develop employees
• You combine technical understanding with an eye for economic efficiency, quality and deadlines
• In customer contact, you convince with negotiation skills, reliability and strong customer orientation
• You communicate fluently in German and ideally have very good French skills
