What we will accomplish together:

We invite you to join our industrial team, located in Rumilly, near Annecy, which will support you during these few months of internship.

Integrated within an Autonomous Production Unit, your main mission is to support the maturity development of a production workshop in lean.

In this respect, your tasks are as follows:

ü Improve KPI reporting for clearer workshop management

ü Independently lead simple improvement projects such as Kaizen

ü Establish a more precise assessment of workshop performance (OEE, direct/indirect costs)

ü Support the implementation of an individual contribution system by operator and by team

ü Propose and implement improvement areas (organizational, technical)

You will support the production manager with his production teams

Bring your skills:

ü You are preparing a Bac+4/5 level education with a specialization in industrial engineering, and you want to gain significant experience on an industrial site within a large international group.

ü A natural facilitator capable of bringing out good ideas, you are rigorous, methodical, and have a good team spirit.

ü Previous experience in project mode is appreciated.
