Job Description

In this position, we offer you:

• Primary care practice with long-term follow-up serving the local community.
• Emergency care for Medicentre patients during office hours, as well as during the on-call duty for the Franches-Montagnes region in a humane and supportive environment (without outpatient clinic function).
• Close collaboration with specialized consultation practices to offer a complete and personalized care pathway.
• Networking with local health actors for a coherent and coordinated approach:
  • Réseau de l’Arc, a key sector player.
  • Home nursing services (ASAD, etc.).
  • Pharmacies and other healthcare providers.

Also participate in the management and coordination of activities of the Réseau de l’Arc SA group in a spirit of exchange and collective progress.

Qualifications

• You hold the title of specialist in General Internal Medicine FMH, or a Swiss medical diploma, or an equivalent title recognized by MEBEKO.
• You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written, ensuring clear and effective communication with your patients and your team.
• Endowed with great interpersonal skills, you are communicative, attentive, and motivated, capable of creating strong and trusting relationships with your patients as well as your colleagues.
• You are autonomous and proactive, while remaining flexible and responsive to emergencies, to effectively meet your patients’ needs.
• With excellent organizational skills, you optimally manage your schedule in a dynamic environment while ensuring quality care.
