To strengthen our team in the Broker & Partner department in Dübendorf, near Stettbach train station, we are looking for a Broker Advisor. The following diverse tasks await you:

• Review and preparation of offers: You receive tenders and check whether they are in line with the company’s strategy and guidelines. Based on this, you prepare individual offers for the assigned brokers
• Follow-up and negotiation of offers: You actively follow up on submitted offers and obtain necessary information in the background – often without direct feedback from the broker, but based on a good relationship. You identify opportunities for adjustments to secure the contract conclusion
• Portfolio management and contract administration: You are responsible for the comprehensive management of the existing portfolio, including the remediation, renewal, and adjustment of contracts, from A to Z
• Troubleshooting in claims and complaints: As a direct contact person for brokers and their customers, you solve challenges and ensure quick and efficient clarification of claims or complaints
• Internal representation of interests: You act as the "advocate" of the broker within Vaudoise Insurance, ensuring that the interests of brokers and customers are optimally represented internally
• Network management: Through a strong internal and external network, you succeed in offering better optimal solutions to the broker. You easily build and sustainably develop relationships.
• Contract termination management: You handle the cancellation and termination of contracts and ensure a smooth transition

• Confident German in writing and speaking, French skills are an advantage
