Your tasks
- Targeted and professional guidance of our trainees
- Creation, design, and further development of the training plan according to the new training regulations in consultation with the nursing management and the responsible nursing specialist
- Monitoring the training status
- Conducting reflection discussions with the trainees
- Preparation and execution of the practical examination
- Close cooperation with practice coordination
- If necessary, providing practice-oriented lessons in all courses
- Integration/guidance of foreign nursing staff in recognition
- Supporting teams in onboarding new employees
- Establishing standardized workflows in cooperation with team leaders
Your profile
- You have completed training as a health and pediatric nurse, as a pediatric nurse for deployment in the mother-child center, or as a geriatric nurse,
- at least two years of professional experience in nursing,
- successfully completed further training as a practical instructor with at least 1 year of experience in this role
- a high sense of responsibility as well as pronounced communication skills
