Biodiversity Consultant
To strengthen the Lindau location, we are looking for a committed personality.
Your tasks
- Actively shape biodiversity in Zurich agriculture
- Pilot innovative projects: consulting on planning, upgrading, and maintenance of biodiversity promotion areas
- Inspire with practical knowledge: drive forward pioneering initiatives as a link between agriculture, administration, and nature conservation
- Develop smart tools: organize exciting field visits, events, and practical training in agriculture
- Teaching in basic education in the field of biodiversity, about 10%
Your profile
- Completed studies in agricultural sciences, environmental sciences, or comparable education with a focus on agriculture and biodiversity
- Sound knowledge of Swiss agricultural policy, ÖLN requirements, and biodiversity promotion on agricultural enterprises
- Practical experience in agricultural consulting or project work with direct contact to farms
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style as well as enjoyment in working with farmers
