What you will achieve:
- Processing of elaborate and complex business cases
- Objection to invoices with tariff discrepancies
- Individual and collective claims against service providers
- Telephone and written clarifications with service providers and our insured regarding invoicing
- Support for the service teams in processing outpatient doctor and hospital invoices
Why you will succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education, which you have supplemented with medical basic knowledge, or you have a medical basic education with commercial further training
- You bring several years of professional experience in claims processing in the field of health or social insurance
- You have in-depth knowledge of social insurance tariffs, especially in the TARMED tariff
- You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing – knowledge of foreign languages such as Italian and French is a plus
- You have a flair for numbers and are medically interested
