To support our team, we are looking for a motivated individual to assist us for 2–3 months with a workload of about 40–50% in establishing Service Excellence. Your tasks will mainly be in the administrative area.Your area of responsibility
- Creation of instructions (based on existing processes) for easy handling of our tools (internal tool) and implementation of guidelines
- Development of templates for internal and external communication
- Support in visualizing processes according to our standards
- Other administrative tasks, especially maintaining customer and SLA data
Your skills
- Commercial or comparable training with experience in administrative tasks
- Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with other systems is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- Enjoyment in preparing content and process documentation
- Team-oriented personality with quick comprehension
We offer you an exciting task in our active, dynamic environment. Our Service Excellence Management area is in a development phase, where you can actively support us.
The position is to be filled with a reduced workload - working hours are flexible (times of day).
You would be based at our location in Lupfig.
