What to expect
- You lead professionally through a solid understanding of the corporate strategy and deep product knowledge in your areas – from user needs to market trends to technological and strategic requirements.
- You develop our systems around the areas of Finance and HR with a focus on economic efficiency and future viability, identify potentials and synergies, and realize sustainable solutions together with your cross-functional team.
- You ensure user-oriented product success by effectively communicating new features and actively involving relevant stakeholders from Finance and HR as well as management.
- You use your toolbox of methods to further develop products entrepreneurially – with a clear focus on efficiency, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- You are part of an agile team and actively work hands-on on the conception and development of sustainable, scalable technical solutions for the areas of Finance and HR.
- You are responsible for the product roadmap, its prioritization, and the continuous evaluation of new potentials.
- You are responsible for the analysis, conception, and implementation of new features and innovations – from the idea to going live.
- You actively drive technological innovations and improvements for these areas, keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies, and evaluate their potential for our platform.
- You lead the selection and introduction of new technologies as well as establish best practices within the team.
What you bring
- A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, data science, or business administration with a focus on digital marketing or a comparable qualification.
- Initial relevant professional experience in e-commerce, ideally in digital product management of business applications around finance and HR systems.
- Solid understanding of agile software development and its methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Very good communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness, empathy.
- Very good sense for user needs and their ways of thinking and intentions.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high problem-solving competence and customer orientation.
- Good knowledge and confident handling of common AI and LLM tools, including experience in prompt engineering, their APIs, and the efficient use of embeddings.
- Structured, independent, and cooperative work in an interdisciplinary team.
- Good basic understanding of future-oriented technologies, systems, and market developments in finance and HR systems.
- Intrinsic motivation to continuously identify relevant optimization potentials and to design corresponding initiatives.
