The Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry is a treatment and assessment center with university affiliation. At the Center for Inpatient Forensic Therapy at the Rheinau location, offenders whose offense is based on a psychiatric illness are treated as part of a court-ordered measure. The treatment approach is based on the principle of recovery and aims at offense-free status with appropriate reintegration. Our forensic psychiatric security wards are a unique specialized offering in Switzerland.
For our open and closed measure wards at the Rheinau location, we are looking to fill immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Primary caregiver work (nursing case management) and social network work
- Implementation of defined measures in the nursing process (nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing documentation)
- Leading nursing therapeutic groups and psychoeducation
- Consultation, accompaniment, and support of patients in daily life management
Your profile
- Recognized professional training in nursing HF/FH
- Professional experience in psychiatry / social psychiatry / acute psychiatry is an advantage
- Willingness to engage in a dynamic work environment in the specialized field of forensics
- Flexibility, resilience, service orientation
- CAS in forensic psychiatric nursing and care or willingness to complete it
- Re-entrants are also welcome
