About the job

For our Atelier 20-23 in Stein, we are looking for a

Care 80% (m/f/d)

Your assignment

Accompanying and supporting our employees in their daily work
Supporting employees in practical life areas, supporting and assisting our employees with nursing measures / substitute implementation of care
Designing the framework conditions so that the strengths and abilities of the employees are the focus and further developed
Active implementation of our pedagogical attitude and the organizational, administrative processes and tasks

Your profile

Care specialist, social pedagogue or comparable training
Enjoyment of both nursing and administrative work
Experience working with people with support needs
Knowledge of supported communication
