For our SPAR Express at the St. Margrethen service station, we are looking for a customer-oriented, independent, and team-capable personality immediately or by arrangement.
As Operating Manager Retail (m/f/d) 100%, you will be part of an existing team in St. Margrethen and actively shape the further development as well as the new orientation of the location – at an established transport hub near the Austrian border, nestled between Lake Constance and the foothills of the Alps.
Your tasks
- Leadership responsibility and contact person for employees in the retail sector
- Active front-line work as a host
- Support of the Unit Manager in various matters: optimization of operational processes, personnel planning, conducting internal training, etc.
- Implementation and assurance of quality standards and legal regulations
- Training, coaching, and instruction of your colleagues on site
Your profile
- Successfully completed training in retail, ideally with further education
- Several years of professional experience as well as solid leadership experience
- You are an open and dynamic person who likes to take responsibility
- You motivate the team daily to perform at their best with your positive charisma and goal orientation
- The front line is and remains your passion: a pronounced customer orientation characterizes you
- Organizational skills as well as a strong quality awareness complete your profile
- You speak fluent German; additional language skills are an advantage
