To strengthen our eleven-member team at KMU Treuhand & Revisions AG in Wil, we are looking for a Mandate Manager: Trust & Finance who independently manages a diverse portfolio of mandates from exciting industries ranging from crafts and services to food processing and agricultural businesses.

- Trust professional – You independently manage trust mandates for AGs, GmbHs, and sole proprietorships with high quality standards
- Financial statement expert – Annual and interim financial statements are in the best hands with you
- VAT specialist – You prepare VAT returns and perform year-end reconciliations
- Payroll and social insurance professional – You manage payroll accounting and handle all social insurance statements
- Tax consulting – You prepare tax returns routinely, advise our clients professionally, and identify optimization potential in the tax area
- Business support – You accompany companies from founding through restructuring to liquidation
- Business consulting – You contribute to demanding mandates such as financing, succession planning, and restructuring
- Experience & expertise – You have several years of professional experience in trust services or financial accounting with responsibility for financial statements
- Specialized training – Ideally, you have a qualification as a certified trustee (FA) or equivalent training
- Independent & professional – You work independently, efficiently, and in a structured manner.
- Solution-oriented & flexible – You proactively tackle challenges and think entrepreneurially
- Communicative & team player – You enjoy direct customer contact and actively contribute to the team
- Digitally savvy – You are well acquainted with tools like Abacus, DrTax, and MS Office, are enthusiastic about modern IT infrastructures, and enjoy actively shaping processes
