Your tasks:
- Development of a strategic business plan for the growth of the business unit
- Identification, building, and maintenance of close and sustainable relationships with customers and stakeholders in Switzerland
- Alignment of the product portfolio to the specific requirements and regulations of the Swiss market
- Training of sales staff, customers, and partners on products, portfolio, and their areas of application
- Participation in trade fairs and training sessions
Your profile:
- A technical vocational training with appropriate further education or a completed bachelor's or master's degree
- At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in business development or a comparable function
- Specific knowledge in the field of civil engineering, supply technology, or storm and rainwater management
- Very good German and English language skills are required
- Willingness to travel about 50% within Switzerland and occasionally to our production plants in Poland and Sweden
