Your Tasks

Ensure socio-pedagogically oriented support and assistance for adults with complex disabilities and challenging behavior
Ensure a participation-oriented living environment that supports a good personal life
Responsible for planning, organizing, and further developing the residential group
Professional and personnel leadership of a team

Your Profile

Completed studies in social or curative education (B.A./Diploma) as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills
Leadership experience
Ability to establish sustainable relationships and life opportunities for people in transitions and crises
Experience working with adults with mental disabilities and challenging behavior is an advantage
Forward-looking service understanding
Desire for work that can largely be self-designed
Enjoyment in actively further developing our residential services in collaboration with the department management
