To complement our team, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement 
F&B Manager (m/f/d) 100% permanent position.

As a warm-hearted host personality, you are responsible for all operational and administrative processes in the gastronomy area. You have a strong focus on quality at the front and the leadership and development of the team. Your daily example and enthusiasm motivate your team to top performance.

In doing so, when implementing the concept, you pay attention not only to compliance with quality standards but also to economic requirements. 

With great joy, you maintain individual guest contact and are also strongly present as a host at the forefront. 

Your tasks include, in addition to creating duty rosters and maintaining the cash register system, controlling and ordering.

Main tasks: 

• Operational management of about 30 employees in the restaurant and bar
• Active participation in the restaurant and bar
• Scheduling and training of all employees
• Continuous control of service quality and quality standards
• Responsible for polite and courteous guest care
• Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
• Function as team leader
• Overview of budget, purchasing, and goods costs 

You bring with you: 

• Completed hotel management school or similar training, as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position.
• Passion for culinary arts and service quality – you inspire guests and motivate your team.
• Structured, independent, and result-oriented working style as well as pronounced organizational skills that can be used in various areas.
• High quality awareness, strong sense of order, and role model function in daily operations.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a positive charisma.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays).
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage.
• Confident handling of MS Office.
