Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of the assigned functional area in personnel and technical terms
- Ensuring the flawless, timely, and independent processing of all transport orders
- Determining the transport volume
- Ensuring efficient planning of drivers and vehicles while considering legal and internal requirements
- Assisting in picking and loading
- Notifying recipients after transport planning and communicating with other departments
- Ensuring a qualitatively flawless delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Ensuring substitutes within the area of responsibility
- Processing and monitoring export orders
- Maintaining and filing all relevant transport and export documents
Requirements:
- For this varied and responsible position, you need a completed vocational training in logistics or forwarding
- Additionally, you have completed further training as a forwarding specialist or as a transport and logistics dispatcher
- You impress with your several years of industrial work experience in the field of import/export
- You have good knowledge of MS Office (focus on Excel). SAP knowledge and good geographical knowledge would be a great plus
- You have very good German language skills. Good English skills are an advantage.
