About the job
For our interdisciplinary team consisting of consulting/project management, graphics, and polygraphy, we are looking for a reliable and passionate colleague. Your diverse projects range from small assignments that are implemented within a few days to 6-month large projects in bigger teams. From event flyers to digital implementations such as websites or online campaigns, you lead the projects together with the respective specialists.
These are your tasks
As a project manager, you are the driving force in your projects and successfully bring them to go-live together with your team. From team composition to budget control, you are the constant who coordinates everything and ensures that the requirements of our clients are met. As a central interface, you create ideal conditions for successful, agile work and meet both employees and clients and suppliers at eye level. You represent the interests of the agency internally and externally.

We are looking for a proactive personality who responsibly drives their projects forward. You have already gained a few years of experience in a communications agency or a comparable environment and can quickly familiarize yourself with new projects. You can profitably contribute your knowledge of digital and analog campaigns to the consulting of our clients. Your organizational talent and communication skills distinguish you and make you a reliable team player. You feel comfortable in a fast and dynamic environment and are not afraid to try new things.
