Your area of responsibility
Identification and recruitment of industrial employees in the following areas: production, logistics, and technology for our locations in Bern, Rüdtligen, and Pfaffnau
Organization and execution of interviews and responsible for a positive candidate experience
Creation of job advertisements in collaboration with the specialist department and central HR
Preparation of employment contracts and compilation of all necessary onboarding documents
Creation of the personnel file and entering data into our internal systems (Xpertline and Presento)
Organization and responsibility for the execution of the Welcome Day
Organization and execution of events to promote team spirit and employee satisfaction
Development and implementation of measures to promote the well-being and motivation of employees
Your profile
Completed commercial training or a related field
First experience in recruiting in the industrial sector, either internally or externally
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactive and solution-oriented working style
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; other languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel to the locations (approx. 20%)
