Portfolio Manager in Training (70–100 %)

Your tasks:
You are responsible for the content and didactic design and further development of our broad training portfolio for public administration, police and security sectors, and other target groups at the interfaces of politics, economy, and society. The following tasks belong to your exciting field of work:
- You ensure the quality of our CAS, DAS, and MAS in terms of content and didactics
- You are the interface to the lecturers and students, prepare admission and implementation decisions, and mediate in conflicts
- Additionally, you keep an overview of the entire training portfolio including finances
- You are in close contact with the training secretariats, participate in working groups of the university, and maintain beneficial relationships with professional and trade associations
- You contribute – in coordination with the university – to the marketing of our programs
Your profile:
We are looking for an ambitious personality with energy and enthusiasm for education. Additionally, the following points complete your profile:
- completed university degree (Bachelor or higher with at least 3 years of professional experience) in economics, social sciences, or education, teaching diploma
- several years of practical and project management experience in the education sector, in public administration, or in civil society organizations
- ideally didactic knowledge and experience in the use of new technologies
- pronounced self-management skills, organizational strength, and empathy in dealing with diverse stakeholders
