To strengthen the gastronomy sector, we are looking by arrangement, in Central Switzerland, for a motivated and committed Junior Talent Gastro, 10%

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the professional and personnel management of the gastronomy areas.
• Planning and implementation of budget targets as well as analysis of relevant key figures to derive targeted improvement measures.
• Ensuring smooth operational processes while adhering to quality and hygiene standards.
• Organization and development of a motivated team including junior staff promotion.
• Creating an attractive market atmosphere in line with the gastronomic concept.
• Identifying seasonal and local customer needs and implementing corresponding optimizations.
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners.

Your profile

• Completed training in gastronomy (EFZ), hotel management school or equivalent qualification.
• Initial professional experience or motivation to start in a leadership role.
• Interest in business management topics as well as willingness to take on responsibility.
• Teamwork skills, initiative, and enjoyment of direct guest contact.
• Resilience and structured working style even in hectic phases.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Fluent German skills, additional national languages are an advantage.
