About the job

The regional employment centers (RAV) Thurgau support and
advise job-seeking individuals on reintegration into the labor market.

Strengthen our team at the Amriswil location in the Thurgau Employer Service!
We are looking for a committed personality preferably with experience in gastronomy / hospitality.

Your tasks

You build sustainable relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, and institutions
You advise on job postings and reportable professions
You record job offers, select suitable candidates, and coordinate with the personnel consultant and employers
In personnel consulting, you analyze the professional situation of the job-seeking person together and define an effective reintegration strategy
In both positions, insurance-related tasks as well as administrative work around the dossier are included
If interested, you engage in internal projects

Your profile

Completed 3-year vocational training EFZ and several years of professional experience in recruiting, placement, or similar areas
Preferably, you have professional experience in gastronomy or hospitality
Further training as an HR specialist (professional certificate) or willingness to obtain it
Interest in the Eastern Swiss labor market and a sense for trends
You reside in the region
Initiative, communication skills, and team spirit
