Your tasks:
- You are co-responsible for the mise en place, production, and plating of hot and cold dishes according to the menu plan
- With your passion, you put a smile on our guests' faces and also assist at our events and occasions
- Your ideas contribute to a diverse and seasonal offer
- You are co-responsible for correct inventory management and proper goods receipt control regarding both quality and quantity
- You actively help with cleaning tasks in the kitchen and on equipment and ensure compliance with the company hygiene concept (HACCP)
- Professional preparation, quality control of produced dishes & presentation of the food
- You work at all stations
What you bring:
- Several years of experience as a cook
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form (level B1 mandatory)
- You appreciate working in a team and are a service-oriented personality
- Quality-conscious, careful, and sustainable handling of food and resources
- Responsibility and flexibility regarding irregular working hours
