Who we are
Schule Horbach, an institution of the Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug, is a special school recognized by the Canton of Zug. It educates and cares for a total of 60 children and adolescents with special support needs in the area of behavior in primary, elementary, and secondary levels. The school's offerings include a day school with day structure for external students as well as a boarding school.As support for the Executive Director and the Staff/Special Education Department, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement for 9 to 12 months.

- Support of the Executive Director in planning and implementing various projects
- Independent execution of communication tasks (website updates, internal newsletter)
- Support in building quality management (creating flowcharts, checklists, etc.)
- Preparation of decision-making bases in the form of research, analyses, and reports
- Administrative tasks
- Coordination and execution of orders and appointments
Requirements
- Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written form
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
- Knowledge and initial practical experience in project management, communication, or administration
- Very independent and initiative personality with quick comprehension and common sense
- Very well-organized, structured, and reliable working style
