Tasks

Together with your co-principal (45% workload) you will focus on these main tasks:

School management for 300 students and 45 teachers:

Educational, personnel and organizational leadership of Primary School Bifang
Ensuring and promoting school and quality development
Representation of the school internally and externally
Participation in the school management conference of the school Olten
Collaboration in the Directorate of Education and Sports and with other organizations

Expectations

Professional experience in the education-related field
School management training, comparable training or willingness to complete it
Solution-oriented attitude, composure in dealing with challenging situations and sense of cooperation
Communicative skills, winning and enthusiastic personality
