Applications Manager (m/f/d), 80-100%

As an Applications Manager, you lead the department and continuously improve our processes. Your expertise in machining ensures the performance of equipment at our customers' sites. You ensure the smooth operation of the service and support the Applications Technicians and Setters with your technical expertise.

Your tasks

Deploy the Applications strategy and drive the evolution of machining solutions and processes.
Manage, support, and develop the skills of the team.
Supervise key activities: machine installation, commissioning, optimization, testing, training, and technical support.
Work in partnership with sales, R&D, and production to strengthen the technical value offered to customers.
Manage complex technical situations and ensure clear, solution-oriented communication.
Lead cross-functional projects (digitalization, new machining strategies, quality, and documentation).
Ensure the quality and structuring of technical documents and field feedback.

Your expertise

Technical training: CFC or ES Technician.
Mastery of CNC systems and associated software.
Proven experience in team management, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Autonomy, rigor, service orientation, and customer focus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with different departments.
