Main Responsibilities
Overall management of projects from planning using CAD (2D / 3D), site visits before and during assembly until commissioning (travel activity 30%)
Order processing: creation of offers, order confirmations, orders, and invoices
Deadline monitoring and coordination between the individual areas (bakery technology, direct, service, suppliers)
Communication with customers, suppliers, and planners in German, French, and English
Contact person and active sales support for sales consultants (also in Western Switzerland) during order processing
Planning of assembly technicians for all assembly projects
Creation and maintenance of project documentation
Optimization of processes and workflows in project management
