In our Multi-Assets team, the various perspectives of the capital markets come together. We manage institutional mandates, pension solutions, and investment funds across liquid and illiquid asset classes and translate our market convictions into concrete asset allocation and portfolio decisions. Our aim is to identify capital market opportunities early, actively manage risks, and create sustainable added value for our portfolios.

What you achieve

• You are responsible for managing multi-asset portfolios and investment vehicles with a focus on institutional pension funds, occupational pension schemes, and investment foundations.
• In particular, you implement tactical asset allocation decisions across various asset classes and continuously manage the portfolios regarding positioning, performance, risks, and liquidity. You ensure compliance with regulatory and mandate-specific requirements.
• You actively contribute to the investment process and relevant investment committees, providing well-founded capital market analyses, investment ideas, and decision-making bases.
• You further develop existing multi-asset strategies and investment solutions and support the design of innovative solutions for institutional clients.
• You prepare portfolio, performance, and risk information tailored to the audience and present these to investment committees, foundation bodies, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• You work closely with investment, risk, product, and sales specialists and act as a professional contact person for multi-asset and pension topics.

What you bring

• Completed studies, preferably a master’s degree, in finance, economics, mathematics, or a comparable field; CFA, AZEK, or a comparable further education is an advantage.
• At least five years of professional experience in portfolio management of multi-asset portfolios, ideally in the institutional environment related to occupational pensions, asset management, or fund management.
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss pension landscape, especially the 2nd pillar, as well as the relevant regulatory frameworks such as BVG/BVV2.
• Very good knowledge in asset allocation, portfolio construction, as well as performance and risk analysis.
• Strong understanding of global capital markets and various liquid and illiquid asset classes.
• Knowledge in ESG and sustainable investment strategies is an advantage.
• Confident use of Bloomberg and Excel; experience with Aladdin and/or SimCorp Dimension as well as programming skills, for example in Python, are a plus.
• Analytical, independent, and team-oriented personality with strong implementation skills and the ability to substantiate and represent your own investment convictions.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
