• Cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas (front & back of house, offices, staff rooms) as well as defined outdoor areas
• Maintenance of banquet rooms including toilet facilities before, during and after events
• Support in the laundry: cleaning and finishing of guest laundry and staff uniforms, implementation of the wet clean process, minor repairs and alterations
• Assistance with the receipt and delivery of laundry (external partner) as well as periodic cleaning of textiles from the interior furnishings
• Execution of special cleaning projects according to the basic cleaning plan
• Responsible handling of work materials and cleaning products
• Support in other housekeeping areas as needed (e.g. room cleaning, porter duties, small errands or luggage service for guests)
• Active participation in ensuring smooth operations within the entire housekeeping team
Your profile
• Experience in cleaning, ideally in the hotel industry or upscale environment
• Knowledge in handling cleaning agents and care of demanding materials
• German and English skills at a communication level, additional languages are an advantage
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work
• Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility and strong quality and service awareness
• Flexibility regarding working hours (including weekends, night shifts and on-call duties)
• Neat appearance and discreet handling of our guests' privacy
• Friendly demeanor and willingness to provide support even in direct guest contact during evening and weekend shifts
