With us, you are responsible for the further development of our environmental and life cycle assessments. Your area of responsibility includes the development of practical guidelines on material selection, dismantling, and resource conservation. With your in-depth material understanding and sound knowledge of the circular economy, you actively participate in the planning and implementation of our buildings, formulate project specifications for competitions and service offers, and support project managers as well as external partners – especially also in building refurbishment. In addition, you prepare reports, develop decision-making bases, and accompany project progress in controlling.

It is important to us that you communicate confidently with different stakeholders in the tension field of climate protection, economic efficiency, and construction practice. You grasp complex content, prepare it appropriately for the target audience, and convey it clearly. For this, you bring a university degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building physics as well as several years of practical experience. Ideally, you know the entire construction process, have an affinity for digital methods, and actively promote innovative ideas.
