Four modern clinics with fully equipped operating rooms and ten additional regional specialist centers form our network, which is geographically spread across five different cantons. We are looking for a

Regional Manager (80-100%)

for the Lucerne region starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your responsibilities:

Personnel and professional management at the locations in the canton of Lucerne
Development and evaluation of the locations
Management of patient complaints
Ensuring and compliance with hygiene and quality concepts
Responsibility for all billing
Quality control at the locations with self-inspection
Recruitment of new employees in cooperation with operational management

Completed basic training with professional experience in ophthalmology.
You possess excellent communication skills and are an organizational talent.

High social competence and pronounced service orientation
