Department Manager Sheet Metal Processing & Assembly

We are a modern-oriented manufacturing company in the field of sheet metal processing and assembly production. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced department manager who will lead our entire department - consisting of laser (Trumpf), bending (Trumpf/Boost), welding as well as metal assembly / assembly of modules - both professionally and personally.

In total, you will be responsible for around 15 employees, including two apprentices, and work closely with AVOR to ensure smooth production.

• Professional and personnel management of around 15 employees including two apprentices
• Deployment planning, prioritization and operational control of the department
• Ensuring optimal utilization of the Trumpf laser systems
• Planning and coordination of bending orders (Trumpf/Boost)
• Support of module assembly
• Quality control and optimization of assembly processes
• Close cooperation with AVOR
• Process optimization and participation in investments

• Experience in sheet metal processing and/or module assembly
• Knowledge of Trumpf lasers and Boost software is an advantage
• Leadership experience
• Technical basic training in the metal sector
• Completed further training, e.g. as a production specialist, process specialist or technician HF is an advantage
• Structured, communicative and quality-oriented personality
