What makes your work particularly attractive
Together with your interprofessional team, you will continuously accompany patients in a case-responsible function across the inpatient and day clinic settings. Together with the senior psychological specialist, you take responsibility for the leadership and professional development of the team consisting of assistant physicians and psychologists. You ensure the psychiatric-medical care of patients in withdrawal and detoxification and participate in the medical on-call service. You have the opportunity to provide your own psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care for patients and can lead topic-specific group therapies.
If interested, you are very welcome to participate in the interprofessional team that conducts and further develops the psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy at Clinic Südhang under chief medical supervision. In the quarterly conducted psilocybin-supported group therapies, you are involved in the medical tasks. You will be introduced to psychedelic-assisted therapy by very experienced colleagues and/or can deepen your knowledge in this area.
What distinguishes you
You have completed medical studies and hold a specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or are close to completing it. Psychotherapeutic work is close to your heart, and you enjoy individual case conceptualization within the biopsychosocial model practiced at the clinic. Ideally, you bring leadership experience. You enjoy contact with people affected by addiction disorders as well as interprofessional and networked work. You are motivated to engage in the further development of the therapy program and to support the professional development of the employees you lead.

Your further education and training in general psychiatry and psychotherapy, addiction medicine, and psychedelic-assisted therapy will be specifically promoted. The clinic's therapy program is characterized by a high degree of patient-centeredness and innovative offerings. The medical on-call service is organized in a duty system. Patient admissions are planned and elective.
